Srushti Deshmukh is beginning to prepare for the UPSC exam in her third year in engineering. After graduation, she started to wonder whether she could be satisfied in an engineering job. Her dream became clearer when she shifted her focus to the civil work. Her parents encouraged to study civil services and have an opportunity to work in public service. She did not lose motivation, and remained focused solely on her goal to become an IAS. The process of achieving UPSC takes more work. She also prepared for UPSC exams while taking engineering classes. The preparation for the exam was carried out each day. In only one and a half months, she was studying for engineering exams, and avoided all contact with people. Focus is crucial for her in order to succeed on this test. She hopes to be a civil servant. Her efforts were arduous to attain her goal of passing the exam at first try. Every day, she reads papers to stay informed of the latest news. Additionally, she received a lot of support online by collecting studies materials and watching Rajya Sabha TV.
